Cancellation/Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
Customers who have purchased a course from Wisdms will be eligible for a full refund if they meet the following conditions:
a. The refund request is made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
b. The customer has actively engaged with the course by following the exact step-by-step strategies and guidance provided by the Wisdms program.
c. The customer has made a genuine effort to apply the concepts and techniques by completing all worksheets and assignments taught in the program and has not acquired 3 - 5 new high-ticket clients in the set timeframe.
Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer support team via email or through our designated support channels. The request should include the order details, such as the purchase date and the course name. Additionally, customers are encouraged to provide feedback or reasons for their refund request, as this will help us improve our offerings.
Verification and Evaluation:
Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the customer's engagement with the course. This may include evaluating the customer's progress, interaction with course materials, and any feedback or assignments submitted. We may reach out to the customer for further clarification or to provide additional assistance.
Refund Processing:
If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, Wisdms will process the refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account, depending on the policies of the financial institution involved.
Exclusions:
Please note that the refund policy does not cover the following circumstances:
a. Refund requests made after 60 days from the date of purchase.
b. Refund requests based solely on a change of mind or personal preferences unrelated to the quality or content of the course.
c. Refund requests for courses that have been fully completed or where the customer has not made a genuine effort to follow the strategies and guidance provided.
Modifications:
Wisdms reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all refund requests made after the modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Wisdms as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Wisdms's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Wisdms's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Wisdms with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Wisdms with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Wisdms with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
